2 Pack all the items in the original packing.

4 We suggest using a recorded delivery service to ensure you are covered against loss during the return process.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Personalised Products:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for unwanted personalised items.
All other items:
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving their order. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. The customer will be responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.
Rules on returning and exchanging Items received with damage:
Customers should notify us within 2 calendar days of receiving their order of any items that have arrived damaged. We will do everything we can to rectify this for you in a timely manner. The only exception to this are defects / damage caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to accept an order and ask for a refund (postage charges are non refundable unless the order has not been dispatched). In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition must be preserved.
Our return and refund policy is described above. This is in accordance with your consumer rights.
